Shipping Info

Our merchandise is made-to-order and are shipped from the US via US Postal Service, DHL, or FedEx and/or its affiliates. We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed.

*NOTE FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes. Anytime you need to ship an order to a PO Box, you must select one of the USPS shipping at checkout. 

When will my order be shipped? (U.S. ORDERS)

All orders are shipped within 4-6 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days. If a problem occurs that causes issues and delays for shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most places around the world. Please check out the USPS website to see what countries we do not ship to. Most orders will arrive within 15-20 business days.

Damaged during shipping:

If your product is damaged during transit, please email us at within three business days.
